Refund and Return Policy

GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of digital goods, hereinafter referred to as “Applications,” from the Seller to the buyer.

The Seller refers to GoAPP srl with registered office at Via Terminio, 35 | 83100 Avellino and VAT number IT02660110640.

The company’s website is www.goapp.it.

The Buyer is the Customer, understood as an individual or company, to whom this document is addressed.

PRICE
All prices are expressed in Euro, inclusive of VAT, and may vary depending on the customizations chosen by the Customer.

PAYMENT
Payments must be made in Euro, using one of the following methods:

Major credit and debit cards through the PayPal gateway
PayPal
Advance Bank Transfer
The customer agrees to provide all necessary payment information correctly and truthfully.

By making the payment online, the Customer expresses their willingness to purchase the Application, accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale specified in this document.

RETURN OR REFUND
Software is a digital product and cannot be returned once purchased unless there are proven operational issues or defects. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a replacement with a properly functioning item or a refund of the amount spent.

TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk associated with the use of digital goods (Applications) purchased on www.goapp.it is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the goods itself, as specified in paragraph 5.

GoAPP assumes no risk once the goods have been delivered to the Customer.

GoAPP will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the software, including data loss or direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the software.

The customer assumes responsibility for the use of the software and the security of their own data.

DELIVERY OF THE APPLICATION
The delivery of the Application will take place through its publication on a GoAPP account present on the App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play App Store (for Android devices), which the Customer will have access to for download operations.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the Application’s development.

SUPPORT
GoAPP may provide technical support for the operation of the Application, including the release of updates, patches, or bug fixes.

MODIFICATIONS
GoAPP reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of sale at any time to adapt to new market needs or evolving regulations.

However, the changes will not affect previously purchased Applications.

The customer is responsible for periodically checking for any changes to the terms and conditions.

LAW
These terms and conditions are subject to the legislation of the Italian government and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Any person attempting to fraudulently use credit cards or online transactions will be prosecuted according to the law.
